Andrew Rea Babbish "The Binger"

Spellcasting. Binging with Babbish is a 14th-level sorcerer. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks). He has the following sorcerer spells prepared:

• Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, mage hand, prestidigitation
• 1st level (4 slots): burning hands, detect magic, mage armor
• 2nd level (3 slots): blindness/deafness, flaming sphere, scorching ray
• 3rd level (3 slots): fireball, fly, haste
• 4th level (3 slots): fire shield, wall of fire
• 5th level (2 slots): cone of cold, scrying

Multiattack. Binging with Babbish makes two attacks with his Frying Pan or casts a spell.

Frying Pan. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage plus 7 (2d6) fire damage.

Babbish's Culinary Mimicry Twice per day, as a bonus action, Binging with Babbish can conjure a perfect duplicate of a creature that he can see within 30 feet of him. This duplicate has the same statistics as the original creature, including hit points, abilities, and equipment, but it is under Babbish's control and acts immediately after him in initiative order.

The duplicate lasts for 5 minutes or until it drops to 0 hit points, at which point it disappears in a puff of magical smoke. While the duplicate is active, Babbish can use his bonus action on subsequent turns to command it to move and take actions as he sees fit.

This ability allows Babbish to create a challenging combat encounter by pitting the party against their own doppelganger, forcing them to face off against themselves in a battle of wits and strength.

Fire Shield. When Binging with Babbish is targeted by a melee attack, he can use his reaction to create a fiery barrier around himself. The attacker takes 2d8 fire damage on a failed Dexterity saving throw, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Blazing Resilience. When Binging with Babbish is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, he can drop to 1 hit point instead. He can't use this feature again until he finishes a long rest.

Legendary Actions

Binging with Babbish can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Binging with Babbish regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

"Hello, I'm Andrew Rea, and I'm a filmmaker, but today, I'm Binging with Babish." (Costs 2 Actions): Binging with Babbish conjures a burst of magical energy, forcing all creatures within a 30-foot radius to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 18) or be charmed by him for 1 minute. A charmed creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself with a successful save.

"So, we're back in the kitchen, and today, we're tackling [insert dish name here]." (Costs 2 Actions): Binging with Babbish casts flaming sphere at 4th level, conjuring a blazing sphere of magical flame that he can move up to 30 feet as a bonus action on each of his turns.

"And now, for the moment of truth." (Costs 3 Actions): Binging with Babbish unleashes a surge of magical energy, causing flames to erupt from the ground in a 20-foot radius centered on him. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 18), taking 6d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
