Traits

Holy Weapons. Valeria's weapon attacks are magical. When she hits with any weapon, the weapon deals an extra 6d4 radiant damage (included in the attack).

Divine Awareness. Valeria knows if she hears a lie.

Innate Spellcasting. Valeria's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 22). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At-Will: detect good and evil,  invisibility (self only)

2/day each: blade barrier, dispel evil and good

Legendary Resistance (2/Day). If Valeria fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Valeria has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack. Valeria makes two greatsword attacks

Greatsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d6 + 8) slashing damage plus 15 (6d4) radiant damage.

Radiant Binding. Valeria targets a creature within 120ft of her as ropes made of radiant energy wrap around them. The creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw. (DC 22) On a failure, the creature takes 22 (4d10) radiant damage, the creature's speed becomes 0 and they are unable to move magically until the beginning of Valeria's next turn.

Flight. Valeria flies up to 120ft as her blackened wings glow with radiant energy. She is able to hover until the end of her next turn.

Reactions

Black Aegis.  If an ally within 60ft of Valeria is targeted by an effect that would render them incapacitated, such as the Stunned condition, Valeria causes feathers to erupt from her wings that surround the ally in a deep purple glow, blocking the effect.  This ability can only target one ally at a time.

This ability does not prevent a creature from falling unconscious.

Legendary Actions

Valeria can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Valeria regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Teleport. Valeria magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.

Greatsword. Valeria makes a greatsword attack.

Luminous Shackles. (Costs 3 Actions) Chains of divine energy erupt from Valeria. Each creature of her choice within 10-foot radius must make a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw or take 28 (8d6) radiant damage and are stunned until the end of Valeria's next turn. On a success the creatures take half as much damage and are not stunned.

Description

The female fallen solar stands tall, her presence a haunting blend of eerie beauty and fallen grace. Her once radiant wings, now blackened and tattered, drag along the ground, leaving a faint trail of shadows in their wake. The feathers, singed and dark, whisper of celestial power lost and battles fought, their edges frayed but still holding a delicate elegance.

Her eyes, once bright with divine light, now hold a deep, melancholic glow, like the last embers of a dying star. They are pools of sorrow and wisdom, hinting at the timelessness of her existence and the heavy burden of her fall. Her skin, pale as moonlight, contrasts starkly with the dark wings, adding to her spectral allure.

Her hair is a shade of such dark blue that it was almost black, speckled with flakes of silver, as if made of cascading midnight. It frames a face of ethereal beauty marked by a sorrowful expression. She moves with a grace that seems almost otherworldly, each step silent and purposeful, as if she glides just above the ground.
