Argathaz can use his Spawn Servant ability.
Fly
Argathaz can fly directly up 30 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.
Lair and Lair Actions
Lair is the mansion of wizard Alvin, which is slowly being converted into a fortress from the Shadowfell.
As a lair action, necrotic fog can flow through from the other plane, forcing all creatures within a 10 foot radius to make a DC13 Con save. Creatures who fail the save take 2d6 necrotic damage, and no damage on a successful save
