Demon Sight. Magical darkness doesn't impede the Wendigo's darkvision. It has advantage on attack rolls on creatures in darkness, and has truesight within 5 ft.
Magic Resistance. The Wendigo has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Ravening Hunger. Whenever a creature fails a death saving throw within 160ft of the Wendigo, it regains a number of hit points equal to that creature's hit point maximum.
Embodiment of Darkness. When the Wendigo is within complete darkness, it gains a +4 to its AC. Conversely, in bright light it suffers a -4 to its AC.
Innate Spellcasting. The Wendigo's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Multiattack. The Wendigo makes three melee attacks.
Life Drain. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest or benefits from the effects of a greater restoration spell. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage.
Reaping Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage. After this attack hits, the Wendigo regains a number of hit points equal to the damage dealt by this attack.
The Wendigo can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The Wendigo regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Shadow Stalk. The wendigo may teleport up to 80 feet through a contiguous stretch of darkness, and may hide when doing so.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage.
