Traits

Air Form. The elemental can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.

fresh air. the elemental is a bubble of air and any creature that "wears" the bubble can breathe fresh air without suffocating while submerged in liquid.

bubble burst. when this creature dies everything within a 10 foot radius will be filled with small bubbles racing away from the dead Air bubble and towards every creature with every hostile creature being thrown 15 feet away while any of the friends of the Air bubble within the radius excluding other Air bubbles will be gently lifted towards the surface at 25 feet per turn until reaching the surface. any creature can use their bonus action to shake off the bubbles. (if taken out of the water the bubble will pop and die immediately)

Actions

suffocate. the Air bubble removes the ability to produce air to suffocate the creature "wearing" it. the creature makes a DC 8 Dexterity saving throw or take 3d6 suffocation damage (use bludgeoning for damage type) of half on a successful one.

Whirlwind (Recharge 4–6). Each creature in the elemental's space must make a DC 10 Strength saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 15 (2d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage and is flung up to 10 feet away from the elemental in a random direction. including the "wearer"

If the saving throw is successful, the target takes half the bludgeoning damage.

Description

An air bubble is a bubble of air with a vague semblance of a face floating in the ocean trying to help overboard sailors or other creatures breathe underwater and find their way to the surface. (please tell me if you think it needs to be balanced more this is the first monster i've created)
