Traits

Pack Tactics. Valfiel has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of her allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Divine Smite. When Valfiel hits a creature with a melee weapon attack, she can expend one spell slot to deal radiant damage to the target, in addition to the weapon’s damage. The extra damage is 2d8 for a 1st-level spell slot, plus 1d8 for each spell level higher than 1st, to a maximum of 5d8. The damage increases by 1d8 if the target is an undead or a fiend, to a maximum of 6d8.

Relentless. If Valfiel hits an opportunity attack, she can move half her movement (up to 15 ft.) without provoking an opportunity attack.

Fey Ancestry. Valfiel has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put her to sleep.

Divine Health. Valfiel is immune to disease.

Aura of Protection. While Valfiel is conscious, she grants all friendly creatures within 10 ft. of her (including herself) +5 on all saving throws.

Channel Divinity (1/short rest). Valfiel channels divine energy. She can choose to either use Abjure Enemy (see actions) or Vow of Enmity (see bonus actions).

Spellcasting. Valfiel is a 9th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). Valfiel has following paladin spells prepared:

Actions

Multiattack. Valfiel can make two melee attacks, two javelin attacks, or a longsword attack and a javelin attack.

Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach # ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage or 8 (1d10+3) slashing damage if used with both hands. 

Javelin. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 30/120 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.

Net. Ranged Weapon Attack:  +4 to hit, range 5/15 ft., 1 target Large or smaller. Hit: target becomes restrained.

Lay on Hands. Valfiel has a pool of healing power that can restore 45 HP per long rest. As an action, she can touch a creature to restore any number of HP remaining in the pool, or 5 HP to either cure a disease or neutralize a poison affecting the creature.

Abjure Enemy. Valfiel chooses one enemy she can see within 60 ft. of her. The target must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw. Fiends and undead have disadvantage on the saving throw. On a failure, the target is frightened of her and its speed is reduced to 0 (and cannot benefit from for 1 minute or until the target takes damage. Upon a success, the target's speed is halved for 1 minute or until the target takes damage.

Divine Sense (6/day). Until the end of Valfiel's next turn, Valfiel can sense anything under the effect of the hallow or any celestial, fiend, undead, or good or evil aligned creature within 60 ft. of her that isn't behind total cover.

Bonus Actions

Channel Divinity:  Vow of Enmity.  Valfiel can a creature you can see within 10 ft. of her and gains advantage on attack rolls against it for 1 minute or until it drops to 0 HP or falls unconscious.

Reactions

Parry.  Valfiel adds 2 AC against one melee attack that would hit her. To do so, Valifel must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

Description

Once a victim of drow cruelty when her parents were murdered and she enslaved, Valfiel had been rescued by the followers of the god Hoar.  She has reimagined herself as a bounty hunter paladin of vengeance.  She has been the bane of many Underdark humanoids who dare enter into the Neverwinter region and leads her own party of bounty hunters.
