Description
Beilamin is a charlatan of an actor, but in actuality a dangerous sun elf bounty hunter wizard. Channeling his years of arcane study into tricking criminals to lowering their guard and slipping up, Beilamin has been successful in the trade into conning lawbreakers into compromising positions. His and Wilkras' means are often seen as "necessary evils" within the Forlorn Mercenaries of the Illustrious Hunters, but what Beilamin lacks in honor he makes up for in style and success.
