Keen Hearing and Smell. Urgathu has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Siege Monster. Urgathu deals double damage to objects and structures.
Magic Resistance. Urgathu has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Urgathu fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Father of Worgs. At the end of Urgathu's turn 4 (1d6+1) worgs appear in a space that is within 10 feet of Urgathu. If no space is available, they fail to appear. They are considered part of the CR calculation for Urgathu, and therefore yield no experience points unless encountered independent of Urgathu. These worgs act on the same initiative as Urgathu, and have the Pack Tactics trait while within 60 ft of him.
Hazardous. Each time Urgathu takes damage from a melee attack, the attacker suffers 3d6 fire damage.
Multiattack. Urgathu uses its Frightful Presence. It then makes five attacks. Two with it’s bite, and three with its stomp.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of Urgathu’s choice within 1 mile of it and aware of it must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if Urgathu is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Urgathu’s Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d8 + 3) piercing damage and an additional 3d6 fire damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 20 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage.
Breath Weapon (Recharge 5-6). Urgathu exhales a line of fire that is 10 feet wide and 1 mile long. Each creature in that area must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 63 (18d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Urgathu can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Urgathu regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Attack. Urgathu makes one attack with its stomp.
Move. Urgathu moves up to half its speed.
Chomp. (Costs 2 Actions). Urgathu makes one bite attack.
