Multiattack. The Harengon can make two attacks with their Phantom Scimitar or Phantom Longbow attack.
Phantom Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (2d6 + 8) psychic damage.
Phantom Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 150/600 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 6) psychic damage.
Description
The Ancestral Spirit Guardians of a Harengon. They cannot physically hurt people, but each strike of their weapon fills their head with images of the spirits’ death and agony.
