Description
Like all zombies, Sea corpse zombies move with a jerky, uneven gait. They are clad in the mouldering apparel they wore when put to rest, and carry the stench of decay.
They are the dead of the sea and as such each one is a water logged corpse.
They smell like something washed up onto the tideline and left in the sun. Their flesh is white and bloated, pocked in places where fish have fed on them. Seaweed, crustations and other small aquatic creatures may be found on or in their flesh.
Their waterlogged nature results in them being fire resistant. However due to their water content they are more vulnerable cold and acid.
They are created when a normal zombie falls from a ship into the sea or when create undead is cast on a corpse that has been floating in the sea for many days.
They are less of a threat than a normal zombie, however in the depths of the sea they will gather. Often arriving at a settlement in a large group wading out of the sea.
