Even if a creature is immune to being frightened they still don't dare to approach as a primal instinct urge them to stay away.
Echoing Screams. Creatures whom end their turn within 30 ft of the Unidentified Horror hear nightmarish screams echo through their minds. any creature affected by this must succeed a wisdom saving throw against DC 16, on a failed throw they take 3d10+5 psychic damage, on a successful throw take half as much.
Shattering Scram. The Unidentified Horror does a mind shattering scream. All creatures within 30 ft whom hear the scream must make an intelligence saving throw against DC 16. On a failed throw take 2d10+5 psychic damage, on a successful throw take half as much.
Description
As a group of ender a narrow hallway they come a cross a broken vase at the end of a corridor, the corridor continues right until they it ends again this times theres a statue. With another right turn and an another they find come across the broken vase again. As they look back there is no exit only more righthand turns. As they pass the statue again its arms have moved ever so slightly but they continue. Every loop the hallways seem to get longer as an unnatural darkness fills the corridor, and every loop the statue starts raising its arm until it fully points right. Then in the very next loop the statue is gone with only a trail of footprints behind. As the party continues blood splatters begins appearing on the walls and floor until the hallways are fully covered. After another loop the floor and walls appear to be made out of flesh as they pulsate with a distance heartbeat. As the party move down the hallway they see a black liquid going further down the corridor, all the party can do is continue. Then all of a sudden the heartbeat stops and they hear a distance ear piercing scream followed by the sound of something running in the pools of black liquid straight towards you. As the party attempt to run they struggle throw the fleshy walls and slippery floor. As one member trembles and falls they turn around. Seeing the monstrosity with their own eyes.
It appears as a tall naked man with dismembered arms and black liquid pouring from its eyes, its mouth filled with multiple rows of humanoid teeth. Its posture is crocked and unhumanoid.
