Echo of Strength. Ziel’s physical attacks are infused with the power of the Way. His melee attacks deal an extra 1d8 force damage.

Portals of the Way. As an action, Ziel can create a portal at his current location and a second portal at a point he can see within 60 feet. He can instantly travel through the portal to the destination. This ability can be used three times per long rest.

 

Actions

Multiattack. Ziel makes three attacks with his hammer.

Hammer. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage plus 4 (1d8) force damage.

Wave of Force (Recharge 5-6). Ziel releases a wave of force energy. Each creature within a 20-foot cone: must make a DC 18 Strength saving throw. On a failed save: a creature takes 27 (6d8) force damage and is pushed 10 feet back and knocked prone. On a successful save: a creature takes half as much damage and isn’t pushed or knocked prone.

Bonus Actions

Grand Oath Array. As a bonus action, Ziel can activate the Grand Oath Array, gaining enhanced abilities for 1 minute:
Enhanced Strength: His melee attacks deal an extra 1d10 force damage.
Damage Resistance: He gains resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non-magical weapons. 
Speed: His movement speed increases by 20 feet..

Reactions

Parry. Ziel adds +2 to his AC against one melee attack that would hit him. To do so, Ziel must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

Legendary Actions

Ziel can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Ziel regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Attack. Ziel makes one Warhammer attack.

Portal Step. Ziel uses his Portals of the Way ability to create a portal and instantly travel up to 60 feet.

Shield Block. Ziel increases his AC by 2 until the start of his next turn.
