Traits

Keen Smell. The Dragtah has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Sharp Hearing. The Dragtah has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing.

Actions

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:  4 (2d4) slashing damage.

Bonus Actions

Hiss. The Dragtah will attempt to scare off any attacker by hissing at them. This will impose a DC 9 Charisma saving throw. If the save is failed, the attacker will back down and feel guilty about threatening a baby. If you succeed you will need to make a secondary DC15 Charisma saving throw or be struck with Adoration for the tiny helpless baby.

Reactions

Hide. The Dragtah can use its reaction to find a hiding place in the event that it is startled. This requires a Dex (Stealth) check to succeed. IF successful the Dragtah is now considered hidden, if this fails the Dragtah will believe themselves hidden though you will likely be able to see the ears, wing, or tail of the creature.

Description

The result of a strange pairing between a Cheetah and a Dragon the Dragtah gained the speed of the Cheetah, the wings of the dragon, and has a combination of fur and scales that protect its body. Thanks to the Draconic heritage they have a Breath Attack determined by the Draconic Bloodline (Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightening, Poison). These creatures are rare and hard to find but often sought after for their particularly durable pelts. If you can find a baby, you have a good chance of taming and keeping as a pet but beware the older adults. Due to the Draconic heritage, these creatures live as long as Dragons and do not stop growing. Thus, if you find an ancient, your best bet is to walk away lest you incur the wrath.
