Small metallic laser eye. Has 4 legs and two laser turrets which fire rapidly. The central red eye can charge and release amounts of stored energy.
The construct has a self generating shield that provides a +5 to AC (18/23)
The laser eye can only fire one of its weapons per round.
Action 1 - rapid Fire
The laser eye can target a single creature and fire rapid shots from its arm cannons. 4 shots are made. The rapid fire motion allows for greater accuracy. With each blast the bonus to hit increases. +6, +7, +8, +9 Damage on a hit 3D8+4 Force Damage
Action 2 Charged blast
The laser eye pulls down the shield protecting it for 1 round and release a pulse wave in a 50ft line by 5ft wide dealing 2D8 fire 2D8 radiant 2D8 force damage. All creatures must make a Dex Save 17. Successful save takes 1/2 damage.
Bonus action - it can activate or deactivate the main cannon / shield.
AC drops to 18 the same round it fires the main eye cannon.
While the shield is up - any successful damage is taken at 1/2 damage including from magical weapons and spells. Acid always does full damage or double damage if shield is down
