Multiattack. The dragon can make two attacks: one with its bite and one with a talon.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d10 + 3) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) slashing damage.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Breath Weapon (Recharge 5–6).
Grasp of the Grave. The dragon exhales a cloud of paralyzing gas a 30-foot cone that is 10 feet across at the outer edge. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, or become paralyzed for 2 rounds, or until it takes damage of any kind.
Tail Attack. If there are any creatures behind the dragon and within the dragon's reach (15'), the skeletal dragon can use its bonus action to make a sweeping attack. All creatures in a 15' cone behind the creature must make an acrobatics ability check (DC 14) or suffer 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Tail Sweep. When any creature (at least 2 sizes smaller than the dragon) enters its reach from behind (15'), the skeletal dragon can use its reaction to attempt to swipe at the creature. The approaching creature must make an acrobatics ability check (DC 14) or be knocked prone. The prone creature loses all remaining movement, but can attempt to make a melee attack against the dragon at disadvantage.
