Astral Travel. astral dragons can move freely through the astral and ethereal planes and can cast the spells blink and plane shift at will.

Description

The sounds of distant ringing and dampened volume surrounds a astral dragon, whose swept-back horns and blazing star like eyes define its silhouette. Its widened wings flash with dying stars all times, and its scales slowly shift in and out of color splotches over its ghostly grey scales.
