Disorienting Word. Ranged Spell Attack: +5 to hit, range 60/120 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (2d4 + 3) psychic damage.

On a failed save, a creature takes 9 (3d6) psychic damage and is blinded until the start of their next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn’t blinded.
