Laser Shield. When the cycle is hit with a melee attack, the attacker takes 3 (1d6) radiant damage.
Cycle Rider. When not mounted, the cycle is an inanimate object and treated as if it is incapacitated. While mounted, the rider replaces their walking speed with the walking speed of the cycle; this movement speed can only be altered by cycle abilities. The rider can use an action to take one of the actions listed for the cycle. The rider can only move if it has at least one hand controlling it for the entire turn. If the cycle takes damage, the rider must make a Strength or Dexterity check with a DC of 10 or half the damage taken, whichever is higher, or be pushed off the cycle. The rider may add their proficiency bonus to this check if they have proficiency with Vehicles (Land). If the rider did not move while mounted on the previous turn, they land adjacent to the cycle; otherwise, the rider is thrown a number of feet equal to half the movement speed of the cycle and must make a Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) (DC 15) or take1d6 bludgeoning damage per 10 feet thrown and land prone.
Lane Assist. The rider does can move in a straight line even if they do not have a hand controlling the cycle.
