Discorporation. When the avatar drops to 0 hit points or dies, it's body is destroyed but Asmodeus' essence travels back to the Nine Hells, and he is unable to take physical form for a time.
Innate Spellcasting (3/Day). The avatar can innately cast divine word (spell save DC 26). His spellcasting ability is Charisma.
Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If the avatar fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Limited Magic Immunity. Unless it wishes to be affected, the avatar is immune to spells of 6th level or lower. It has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.
Magic Weapons. The avatar's weapon attacks are magical.
Multiple Avatars. The avatar can take one reaction per turn, rather than only one per round. It also has advantage on saving throws against being knocked unconscious. If it fails a saving throw against an effect that would stun a creature, one of its unspent reactions is used.
Reflective Carapace. The avatar is coated with Gluttony's carapace. If it is targeted by a magic missile spell, a line spell, or a spell that requires a ranged attack roll, roll a d6. On a 1 to 5, the damage is halved. On a 6, the avatar is unaffected, and the effect is reflected back at the caster as though it originated from the avatar, turning the caster into the target.
Regeneration. If the avatar has at least 1 hit point, it regains 30 hit points at the start of her turn.
Multiattack. The avatar can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks, consisting of any combination of the following
Dismissive Kick. Melee Attack: +19 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 32 (4d10 + 10). The avatar lazily kicks anything within range. If hit, a creature must make a DC 24 strength check or be knocked prone and thrown 20 feet.
Repulsive Bile. The avatar exhales vomit from Gluttony's second mouth in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 54 (12d8) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. On a failed save, the creature is coated in bile and at the start of each of its turns it must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 2d8 acid damage on a failed save or half on a successful one.
Mind Blast (Recharge 5–6). The avatar emits psychic energy in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 21 Intelligence saving throw or take 34(5d8 + 9) psychic damage and be stunned for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Life Drain. Magical Ranged Attack: +19 to hit, reach 60 ft., three targets. Hit: 30 (6d6 + 9) necrotic damage. The avatar regains hit points equal to the total damage dealt to all targets.
Fire Breath (Recharge 5–6). The avatar exhales fire in a 90-foot cone from Greed's mouth. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 91 (26d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Chain Sword of Malice. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d8 + 10) slashing damage plus 13 (3d8) fire damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 24 Strength saving throw or be pulled up to 25 feet toward the avatar. If it scores a critical hit, it rolls damage dice three times, instead of twice.
Chain Sword of Revenge. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 60 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d8 + 10) slashing damage plus 13 (3d8) cold damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 24 Strength saving throw or be pulled up to 25 feet toward the avatar. If it scores a critical hit, it rolls damage dice three times, instead of twice.
Supreme Verdict. The avatar declares its enemies worthless and demands their surrender or death. All creatures within 120 ft of the avatar that are Hostile to it must make a DC 20 Wisdom save. Upon a failure, for the next round of combat that creature must make all rolls at disadvantage.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of the avatar’s choice that is within 240 feet of it and aware of it must succeed on a DC 26 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the avatar’s Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Immobilizing Stomp. Using Sloth's power, the avatar delivers an earth shattering stomp to the ground, making all terrain within a 100 foot radius of it difficult terrain. All creatures in this range must make a DC 21 Strength check. Creatures take 7d10 damage and are knocked prone or half as much on a successful save.
Ceaseless Hunger. The avatar opens both of Gluttony's mouths, inhaling sharply and causing a violent vacuum to form. Creatures within 80 ft. in the direction that the avatar is facing must make a DC 24 Strength saving throw or be sucked into the vortex. Creatures take 8d8 force damage and are automatically swallowed by Gluttony on a failed save, or half as much damage and remain in place on a successful one.
Envious Gaze. The Avatar looks upon all before it and despises what they are with intense malice. This malice is projected directly into the minds of those seen by it. All creatures that the avatar can see must make a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the affected creature is overwhelmed with malice, leading them to use their actions to attack the nearest creature that isn't the avatar (If the creature is a spellcaster and has a spell available they must use a spell to attack).
Vile Curse. The avatar targets one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. The target is overwhelmed with horrific illusions and must succeed on a DC 21 Intelligence saving throw or be magically cursed. Until the curse ends, the target has disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the curse on a success.
Relentless Greed. 1/day If the avatar sees an item, weapon, or armor that it desires, as a reaction it may hold out its hand, allowing its insatiable desire for possessions to take shape in the form of magic. The possession's owner must make a DC 24 Strength saving throw or the object will be warped away from them and onto the avatar, magically being resized to fit it. If the object requires attunement, it is considered attuned.
Vicious Reprisal. If the avatar is hit by a ranged attack or spell, it may make a perception check against the attacker's stealth. On a success, it magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, to an unoccupied space it can see that is within 30 ft. of the attacker. It then makes a single melee attack.
Proclaimation of Pefection. The avatar declares its supremacy over all beings. Its words resonate with such power that any creature that can hear it must make a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw, taking 10d10 necrotic damage on a failed save or taking half as much on a successful one. After taking this action, for the next round, all spells and attacks have advantage against the Avatar.
Description
This monstrous being is the closest that Asmodeus can come to entering the physical realms. Its body is a horrific amalgam of the seven deadly sins. It stands upon Sloth's legs. The bulk of its body is made from Gluttony's hide, the center of which contains it's two mouths. The serpentine body of lust is wrapped and melded around Gluttony's hide, holding it in place and shaping it to form the body. Emerging from the left side of the body is the upper half of Wrath, the monstrous skeleton, still wielding both her swords. On the right side, Greed's upper half emerges. Throughout the entire avatar, the faces of the pixie swarm of Greed can be seen. Pride's upper half erupts from this monstrous abomination. Along the back of this entity are 10 wings: Greed's two red draconic wings, Wrath's two black angelic wings, and Pride's six angelic white wings.
