- 1/day each: Storm of Vengeance
Multiattack: The Weatherwing Butterfly makes two attacks with its proboscis.
Proboscis. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) poison.
Wing Flurry (Recharge 5–6). The Weatherwing Butterfly flaps its wings, creating a burst of wind and magical energy. Each creature within 10 feet must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also knocked prone.
Legendary Actions: The Weatherwing Butterfly can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Weatherwing Butterfly regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
-
Gust (Costs 1 Action): The Weatherwing Butterfly creates a strong gust of wind in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away from the butterfly and knocked prone.
-
Weather Shift (Costs 2 Actions): The Weatherwing Butterfly changes the weather in a 500-foot radius centered on itself. It can choose one of the following effects: clear skies, overcast, rain, snow, or fog. The effect lasts for 1 hour or until the butterfly uses this ability again.
