Detect Life. The banshee can magically sense the presence of creatures up to 5 miles away that aren’t undead or constructs. She knows the general direction they’re in but not their exact locations.
Incorporeal Movement. The banshee can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. She takes 5(1d10) force damage if she ends her turn inside an object.
Luring Song. The Banshee sings a haunting melody. If its pinpointed target is within 300 feet of the Banshee and can hear the song then the pinpointed target must succeed on a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw or be forced to use its movement on its next turn to move towards the Banshee. Target rolls with advantage if they are able to see through the banshee's illusion. The Banshee will continue to use luring song on its next turn but can use its action to stop. The song also ends if the Banshee is incapacitated or attacked and fails a DC10 constitution check.
Scream. A sudden loud noise, painfully intense, erupts from the Banshee. Each creature in a 10-foot-radius sphere of the Banshee must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 8(2d8) thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Spectral Slash. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., pinpointed target. Hit: 13(3d6 + 3) slashing damage.

The alluring banshee is a spiteful creature formed from the spirit of a scorned female elf. it presents itself as an attractive female elf, but it's true form can be perceived with a DC 13 investigation, arcana or insight check. Its true face is wreathed in a wild tangle of hair, its body clad in wispy rags that flutter and stream around it.
