Karmic Retribution. If Sans hits a creature that killed an innocent, the creature takes 2 (1d4) force damage at the start of its turn, during the creature's next three turns. This effect is cumulative.

Actions

Multiattack. Sans can use his Soul Mode: Blue. So he uses Bone Stabs and Gaster Blaster if available.

Bone Stabs. Sans summon bones from the ground in a 30-foot circle around himself. Each creature in that area must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 2 (1d4) piercing damage on a failed save, or no damage on a successful one. Creatures that are prone have disadvantage on this saving throw.

Gaster Blaster (Recharge 5–6). Sans summons a dragon skull that exudes energy in a 60-foot line. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or taking 10 (4d4) force damage.

Soul Mode: Blue. Sans switch gravity for an instant in a 30-foot sphere around himself. Each creature in the area must succeed a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or be thrown to the ground, become prone and taking 2 (1d4) bludgeoning damage.

Reactions

Bone Trap. A creature of Sans's choice that is within 30 feet of Sans must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or taking 2 (1d4) piercing damage.

Description

A lazy-natured skeleton monster. Enjoys skeleton puns, bad jokes, and harmless pranks. Sans lives with his brother Papyrus in Snowdin. He works as a sentry for the royal guard, doing odd jobs as a comedian in his spare time.

However, when faced with evildoers, Sans will take it upon himself to put them through a bad time... unless he has some excuse not to do so.
