Traits

Amphibious. The Austroraptor can breathe air and water.

Freedom Of Movement. Spells and effects that would reduce the Austroraptor's speed or AC have no effect.

Fish Eater. The Austroraptor deals double damage to fish. It regains 1 HP each time it eats a fish, or 4 HP if the fish is medium or larger.

Sting Immunity. The Austroraptor is immune to all stinging/lightning effects from electric eels, jellyfish, and similar creatures. This is not immunity to creatures that aren't similar, such as a blue dragon.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage.

Lunge. The Austroraptor moves up to 15 ft through air or water, propelling itself forward in a barrel roll. Any creatures caught in the movement must succeed on a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or take 6 (2d4 +1) bludgeoning damage. A creature that fails by 8 or more is knocked prone and takes an extra 4 damage.

Description

One of the largest Dromeosaurids, the Austroraptor is primarily a piscivore, though some tougher specimens have been known to occasionally lead packs to hunt sea turtles and Parasaurolphus. They are highly resistant to stings from jellyfish and electric eels, and are excellent swimmers. Strangely enough, they can breathe underwater.
