Hive mind. The Blighted Campestry shares a hive mentality with other Blighted creatures.
False Appearance. While the Blighted Campestry remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from ordinary plant life.
The Blighted Scourge. Natural weapon attacks by the Blighted Campestry can infect creatures with the Blighted Scourge, which progresses if left untreated. (See the Blighted Scourge section for full details.)
Disease Touch. Melee or range Attack: +3 to hit, reach 30 ft., one creature. Hit: 4 (1d8) poison damage.
Spores (1/Day). The campestri releases spores in a 25-foot radius. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be infected with the Blighted Scourge. On a failed save, the creature’s speed is also halved for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the slowed effect on a success.
Description
Once a harmless mushroom-like creature, the Blighted Campestry now spreads darkness instead of joy. Its cap pulses with violet energy, and dark spores drift through the air, bringing infection and decay. Its roots writhe like tendrils, ready to corrupt any who stray too close.
