Aura of Euphoria. SCP-999 exudes an aura that induces feelings of intense happiness and calmness. Creatures within 30 feet of SCP-999 must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw at the start of their turn or be charmed by SCP-999 until the start of their next turn. While charmed in this way, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0.

Euphoria Touch. SCP-999 can use its action to touch a creature. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or be overwhelmed with euphoria, becoming charmed for 1 hour. While charmed in this way, the target is immune to fear and has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

Healing Embrace. SCP-999 can use its action to heal a creature it touches. The target regains 6d8 hit points and is cured of any disease, poison, and the frightened condition.

Ooze Form. SCP-999 can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. It can also climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Actions

Multiattack. SCP-999 makes two Tickle attacks.

Tickle. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or fall prone, laughing uncontrollably for 1 minute. While laughing, the target is incapacitated and unable to stand up. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Euphoric Burst (Recharge 5-6). SCP-999 releases a burst of euphoric energy. Each creature within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. While charmed in this way, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Legendary Actions

SCP-999 can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. SCP-999 regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

  • Move. SCP-999 moves up to its speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
  • Euphoria Touch. SCP-999 uses its Euphoria Touch.
  • Healing Pulse (Costs 2 Actions). SCP-999 releases a wave of healing energy. Each creature of SCP-999's choice within 30 feet regains 4d8 hit points and is cured of any disease or poison affecting it.
