Boggart

Fear Monger. The boggart automatically learns the worst fear of any creature within 100 feet that the boggart can see. This trait does not function if the creature has an Intelligence score of 4 or lower or is immune to having its thoughts read.

Magic Resistance. The boggart has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d6 + 1) damage. The damage of this ability changes depending on the form it is inhabiting.

Frightening Form. The boggart inhabits the greatest fear of a creature it can see, transforming into a physical manifestation of that fear. Its size is replaced by the size of the form, but it retains its other game statistics.

Radiate Fear. All creatures within 60 feet of the boggart that can see it must make a DC13 Wisdom saving throw. If the creature is in its Frightening Form, the creature who's fear it is inhabiting makes this save with disadvantage. On a failed save, the creature is frightened for one minute and the boggart heals 1d6 hit points. If the creature cannot see the boggart, it can spend an action on its turn to make a DC13 Wisdom saving throw. On a success, it ends the frightened effect.
