Wrathful: Whenever Anger takes damage, the DC to attempt to convince him not to fight is increased by 2. The DC starts at 15.
Fiery Rage: Anger is resistant to fire damage.
Executioner's Swipe. Anger swings his axe in a cone in front of him, causing the targets to make a dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 2d10 slashing damage and is pushed back 10 feet, and half as much damage on a successful one and is not pushed.
Axe Swing. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., Hit: 1d10+5 slashing damage.
Vengeful Eruption: Anger builds up all the hits that he took and unleashes a shockwave of fiery energy on his opponents. For each attack that he is hit by, the attack gains 1d12 to the damage roll. When he uses this action, everyone within 20 foot radius takes the damage listed above on a failed save, and half as much on a successful one. If this action is used, Anger loses all of his remaining hit points.
Opportunity attack: If an opponent would move out of range of a melee attack, Anger may use his reaction to make an attack against that target.
