Legendary Resistance (2/Day). If the Voidal Visage fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. The visage can use its Voidal Presence. It then makes three attacks: two with its tendril slaps and one with a tendril slam.
Tendril slap. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 25 ft., one target. Hit: 21(2d8 + 12) force damage.
Tendril slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 25 ft., one target. Hit: 30 (4d8 + 12) force damage plus target must make a DC 20 DEX save or be knocked prone.
Voidal presence. Each creature of the voidal visage’s choice that is within 120 feet of the visage and aware of it must make a DC 23 intelligence save. If successful creature has disadvantage against attacking voidal visage and voidal visage gains advantage against saves from effected creatures. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the visage’s voidal presence for the next 1 minute.
Earthly tentacles(Recharge 5–6). The void tentacles emerge from the ground in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 70(20d6) force damage and be restrained for 1 minute on a failed save, or half as much damage and no restrain on a successful one.

Voidal blast: A ball of pure nothing manifests into the void visages hands which may be thrown up to 150ft as a bonus action on a subsequent turn. The ball explodes into a 30ft sphere, each creature in that area must make a DC 23 Intelligence saving throw, taking 87(25d6) force damage and be blinded for 1 minute on a failed save, or half as much damage and no restrain on a successful one.

Voidal prison(Recharge 5-6). The voidal visage attempts to send creatures in a 15ft square into a pocket dimension of pure darkness. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Intelligence saving throw or be sent to a Voidal dimension until the visages next turn.
Bonus actions
Tendril tickle: Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 25 ft., one target. Hit: 16(1d8 + 12) force damage.
Voidal luck: The voidal visage lowers it’s critical hit range for the next turn by 1d4.
Voidal trip: When a creatures within 25ft makes a melee attack into you, you can sweep a voidal tendril at the creatures legs. Creature must succeed a DC 20 DEX save or take 17(1d8 + 12) force damage and be knocked prone.
Fade(Recharge 5–6). As a reaction to an attack into the Voidal visage it can shift into the shadows cast on to dimly lit terrain. This grants immunity to bludgeoning, slashing and piercing and disadvantage from any attacks against you. You must use a bonus action to reform at any point in the shadow before using an attack action.
The visage can take 1 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Shadow mist (Costs 1 Action). The visage projects a barrier of void energy in a 25ft line. This occludes any sight relying on vision through the barrier. Effect can be cleared through logical means determined by DM. Effect ends on the visages next turn.
Sharp shadow (Costs 1 Action). The visage dashes to an empty space within 40ft through matter without provoking opportunity attack. Any creature dashed through must to succeed a DC24 DEX save or take 19(2d10 + 8) force damage, this is halved on success.
Voidal blessing (Costs 1 Action). The voidal visage blesses a creature in its sight with +5 to AC and +10 to all saving throws until that creature uses an action to attack or cast a spell. Only one creature can benefit from this effect at a time.
