Echolocation. The Blood Beserker can't use its blindsight while deafened.

Keen Hearing. The Blood Beserker has advantage on Wisdom (perception) checks that rely on hearing.

Blood Blossom. When this creature dies, roll a D100. if you roll a 20 or less, this creature turns into a Blood Blossom flower. The flower erupts when someone comes within 10 feet of it. It spews a mist of blood red pollen. Once activated it takes a full minute for it to spew pollen again.  Anyone who makes contact with the pollen must make a DC13 con save. If failed, the affected creature starts bleeding from the eyes. Their vocal cords shrink and become capable of loud screeches only which work as echo location. This affects any humanoid creature, undead or alive.
