Fiendish Blessing. The AC of the cambion exarch includes its Charisma bonus.
Innate Spellcasting. The cambion exarch's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18). The cambion exarch can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: alter self, command, detect magic
3/day each: dispel magic, fear, misty step
1/day each: dominate person, plane shift (self only), telekinesis
Magic Resistance. The cambion exarch has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. The cambion exarch makes three melee attacks or uses its Poison Blast twice.
Greataxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d12 + 5) slashing damage, plus 10 (3d6) poison damage.
Poison Blast. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 39 (6d12) poison damage.
Fiendish Charm. One humanoid the cambion exarch can see within 30 feet of it must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed for 1 day. The charmed target obeys the cambion exarch's spoken commands. If the target suffers any harm from the cambion exarch or another creature or receives a suicidal command from the cambion exarch, the target can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a target's saving throw is successful, or if the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the cambion exarch's Fiendish Charm for the next 24 hours.
Description
A cambion exarch is the offspring of an archfiend (usually Graz'zt) and a humanoid. Cambion exarches inherit aspects of both parents, but their horns, leathery wings, and sinewy tails are hallmarks of their otherworldly parentage. They are a cut above other cambions because of the sheer potency of their fiendish parent's blood, which grants them greater power. Many cambion exarches serve under their parent or other archfiends to hopefully ascend into one themselves.
