Description

Vorrak the Bonecaster is a fearsome and enigmatic lizardfolk, standing at just over six feet tall, with an aura that exudes dark power and ancient malevolence. His scales are a sickly pale green, almost translucent in places, as if death itself has touched them. These scales are mottled with dark patches, giving him a gaunt, almost spectral appearance. His eyes are deep-set and glow with an eerie, phosphorescent green light, suggesting a connection to the necrotic energies he commands.

Vorrak's head is adorned with a series of bone-like protrusions that resemble a crude crown, each spike sharpened to a point, giving him a regal yet sinister look. His snout is elongated, and his sharp teeth are often bared in a malevolent grin, hinting at the dark thoughts that constantly swirl in his mind. His hands and feet are clawed, but instead of the usual dark talons of his kin, his claws are pale and bone-like, as if they have been bleached by long exposure to deathly energies.

Vorrak's garb is a mix of tribal and arcane, with a tattered cloak made from the skin of some long-dead creature draped over his shoulders. The cloak is adorned with the bones of his enemies, each one carved with dark runes and symbols of necromantic power. Around his neck hangs a necklace of skulls, each one smaller than the next, taken from the victims of his dark rituals. These skulls are not just trophies but also serve as foci for his necromantic spells.

In his hands, Vorrak wields a gnarled staff made from the femur of a giant, twisted and corrupted by dark magic. The staff is capped with a glowing, blood-red gem that pulses with the life force it has drained from others. The staff, known as the Wraithbone Scepter, is both a weapon and a conduit for his powers, allowing him to summon undead minions, cast devastating curses, and channel the fiendish energy of his pact.

Vorrak’s pact with a powerful fiend has granted him abilities far beyond those of a typical necromancer. His connection to the infernal planes has given him the power to command the dead, manipulate life and death, and invoke curses that can rot flesh and wither souls. His voice carries an unnatural, rasping tone, as if his words are spoken through the veil between life and death itself.

Despite his fearsome appearance and dark powers, Vorrak is not a mindless killer. He is cunning and calculating, using his knowledge of the arcane and the dead to further the goals of the Ebon Fang. He is a master of manipulation and deception, often playing on the fears and superstitions of others to bend them to his will.

Vorrak's presence on the battlefield is a terrifying sight. As he chants dark incantations, the air around him grows cold, and the ground itself seems to recoil in fear. The undead rise at his command, shambling forward to do his bidding, while his enemies are struck down by curses and necrotic blasts. His fiendish patron grants him protection from harm, making him a formidable opponent who can withstand even the most devastating attacks.

In summary, Vorrak the Bonecaster is a lizardfolk warlock whose pact with a fiend has granted him formidable necromantic powers. His appearance is both regal and terrifying, with a presence that commands both respect and fear. He is a master of death and decay, using his dark abilities to further the goals of the Ebon Fang and strike fear into the hearts of all who oppose him.
