In Flames: The Zombie Pyromaniac can as a bonus action light itself on fire to burn in an impressive show of fire, all creatures that start their turn within 5ft of the Zombie Pyromaniac take 1d8 fire damage (including the Zombie Pyromaniac).
Fire Rush: As a reaction to taking fire damage the Zombie Pyromaniac can stand up from prone, or move up to half of its movement speed.
