Fire Blast: If the Zombie Pyromaniac reaches 0 hit points, it implodes in flames, All creatures within 15ft of the Zombie Pyromaniac must succeed in a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw taking 2d8 fire damage on a failure, half as much damage on a success.

Body Slam: Melee Weapon Attack. +3 to hit, 5ft reach, one target, for 1d6+2 bludgeoning damage, a creature hit by this attack must succeed in a DC 12 Strenght saving throw, falling prone on a failure, 

the Zombie Piromaniac falls prone after this attack, regardless of it hitting or not.

Bonus Actions

In Flames: The Zombie Pyromaniac can as a bonus action light itself on fire to burn in an impressive show of fire, all creatures that start their turn within 5ft of the Zombie Pyromaniac take 1d8 fire damage (including the Zombie Pyromaniac).

Reactions

Fire Rush: As a reaction to taking fire damage the Zombie Pyromaniac can stand up from prone, or move up to half of its movement speed.
