Voidal Origin. Born in the Void Of Creation, this creature had to develop extreme regeneration to compensate for it's lack of resistance to Void Fluid. Expect your battle with it to be a nuisance.

Leeching Of Many Forms. This creature's actions all involve leeching, but none involve the same form of leeching.

Death Scent. When a voidal leech dies, it's corpse releases a pheromone that attracts nearby predatory beasts, with the side effects being, attracted beasts are extremely hostile and fearless, attracted beasts do not feel pain. "Death Scent" is the voidal leech's way of getting revenge on whatever killed it, as the pheromones are most concentrated in it's blood and body, attracting the beasts to any weapon that injured the leech.

Actions

Mana Leech. The voidal leech leeches off of a single target's magic, significantly draining the target's mana. This also causes the target to be unable to cast spells above the 4th level and triples the target's casting time. The voidal leech will also regenerate (level of target's highest level spell)d20 hit points. (If the highest level spell the target is able to cast is 4th level, then the leech heals 5d20 hit points. If it is the 9th level, the leech heals 10d20 hit points. If it is a cantrip, then the leech heals 1d20 hit points.)

Blood Pour. The voidal leech bites a single target, leeching off their body. The target takes 1d8 piercing damage and then takes 1d4 damage every turn, (including turn taken by those that are not the target). The target will continue losing blood until the wound is healed, stitched, or sealed shut via burning. If the target does not have blood, or substance that acts as blood, they only take the initial 1d8 piercing damage.

VILE Laced Bite. The voidal leech latches onto a target with magical properties. Once latched, the voidal leech injects VILE Poison into the target, erasing ALL traces of magic within the target. This attack is extremely deadly to beings that require magic to live.

Corpse Hunger. The voidal leech consumes a creature's corpse that is on the battlefield, causing all of the following effects permanently; +3 score of (DEX or STR or CHA or WIS or INT), +5d20 MAX HP, heals 5d20 hit points. These effect are permanent, if one allows a voidal leech to eat 5 corpses during a battle and the retreat, the leech will still have the additional 25d20 MAX HP and 15 scores of its choosing.

Bonus Actions

"The way these things move is..........

ABSOLUTELY ******* HILARIOUS! You've just ain't lived if you haven't seen a horde of these things travelin' 'round! I love these harmless little shits!"

Reactions

Irresistible Temptation. Once per round, the voidal leech may attempt to use their action Corpse Hunger during another's turn.

Description

Voidal leeches are 3-4 feet long, roughly 1 foot thick, with pitch black, gooey 'skin'. Voidal leeches have 3-6 segments with the frontmost segment bearing the mouth and 8 beady black eyes. They have no preference of location, even launching themselves around when on land.

Aquatic Movement. Voidal leeches can speed through liquids at around an alarming 170 miles per hour, regardless of the liquid's viscosity. Though they don't swim like normal leeches, just moving whichever way they feel like it, if they are facing north then they can move backwards or just move to the side. "There is several demonstrations of this in the Void Of Creation, consisting of a tank, clear liquid, and a voidal leech. Said demonstrations can be fairly entertaining."

Non-Aquatic Movement. Voidal leeches are known for their "method of movement" when not submerged in liquid. The method, to fling themselves to their destination, and they are absurdly accurate with this method. The range of this "movement" is roughly 40 feet in any direction, including up. This "movement" completely ignores gravitational forces and looks like they are a static image being moved across a screen, much like their aquatic movement.

A voidal leech spend its time by traveling in random directions, until they come across "food" in which they will eat. After eating they continue traveling in random directions.
