Concentrated Thanergy. Wayzo the Dreadful heals for half the necrotic damage he deals.
Spellcasting. Wayzo the Dreadful is a 12th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19, +12 to hit with spell attacks). Wayzo has following warlock spells prepared:

2nd level (1 slot): Suggestion

6th level (1 slot): Soul Cage
Necrotic tether. Whenever Wayzo the Dreadful takes damage, the target must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save Wayzo takes half damage and the target takes the remaining damage. This effect only takes place when a target within 30 feet of Wayzo makes a melee attack on him and ends when they leave 30 feet within Wayzo's range.
Foul study. Wayzo has committed himself to studying the darks secrets within the necronomicon and has been rewarded for his efforts. Once per long rest Wayzo can cast slow without using a spell slot.
Desecrated ground. Wayzo digs his hands into the ground and sends ripples of thanergy into the ground towards a point of is choosing, forcing creatures within 60 feet of that point to make a Strength saving throw or take 6d6 necrotic damage and are knocked prone on a failed save. Additionally, creatures within this area are also knocked prone.
Eldritch blast. Wayzo can make attack rolls (+12 to hit) while launching 3 beams at a target with each beam dealing 1d10+ 7 force damage.
Form of Dread: Despite the ruination of his body, Wayzo the Dreadful can still call upon the thanergy within his body to shroud himself in concentrated necrotic energy to manifest an aspect of his and his patron's power. He gains the following benefits for 1 minute:
- He gains temp HP equal to 2d10 + 11.
- On each of his turns, if Wayzo hits a creature he can force it to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 18), on a fail, it is frightened of you until the end of your next turn.
Dreadful Eruption. When Wayzo the Dreadful takes damage that would've reduced him to 0 hp he can instead remain at 1 hp. Additionally his body begins a violent reaction and explodes and creatures within 60 feet of him take 2d10+12 necrotic + 2d6 piercing damage + 2d6 slashing + 2d6 bludgeoning damage as pieces of bone as the explosion destroys his body sending its fragments flying everywhere.

Wayzo's body has been breaking down very slowly ever since his resurrection and the vast abundance of thanergy of has caused him to take on this form. Despite the vast amounts of power granted to him by embracing such energy, his body continues to break down lest he seek the resolve to descend further than he has on his journey.
