Traits

Hellish Weapons. The Bloodletter's weapon attacks are magical. When the Bloodletter hits with any weapon, the weapon deals an extra 7 (2d6) fire damage (included in the attack).

Khorne's Bloodlust. The Bloodletter has advantage on attack rolls against creatures that are at less than maximum hit points.

Pack Tactics. The Bloodletter has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the Bloodletter's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Actions

Multiattack. The Bloodletter makes two attacks with its Hellblade.

Hellblade. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) fire damage.

Blood Call (Recharge 5-6). The Bloodletter emits a terrifying roar. Each enemy within 20 feet of the Bloodletter that can hear it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the Bloodletter is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Description

Bloodletters of Khorne are the foot soldiers of the Blood God, Khorne, feared for their savagery and relentless aggression in battle. These fiendish warriors have crimson skin, sharp claws, and wield Hellblades that burn with infernal fire. Their sole purpose is to claim skulls and spill blood in Khorne's name, thriving in the heat of battle and growing stronger as the carnage around them intensifies. Bloodletters are often seen in large packs, overwhelming their enemies with sheer numbers and ferocity.
