Magic Resistance. The Blood Shrine has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Aura of Bloodlust. Creatures of Khorne within 30 feet of the Blood Shrine gain advantage on melee attack rolls and deal an additional 4 (1d8) necrotic damage on melee hits.
Blood Sacrifice. When the Blood Shrine reduces a creature to 0 hit points, it can use its reaction to heal itself or an allied creature within 30 feet by 10 hit points.
Wrath of Khorne (Recharge 5-6). The Blood Shrine can channel the fury of Khorne into a devastating wave of energy. All creatures within a 30-foot radius must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 36 (8d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Creatures of Khorne are immune to this effect.
Multiattack. The Blood Shrine makes two attacks with its Bloodthirsty Blades.
Bloodthirsty Blades. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 5) slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) necrotic damage.
Bloodfire Blast. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d10 + 5) fire damage.
Chariot Charge. If the Blood Shrine moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a melee weapon attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 16 (3d10) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Description
The Blood Shrine of Khorne is a mobile altar of war, an unholy chariot pulled by daemonic beasts and adorned with trophies taken from countless battles. As it rolls across the battlefield, it inspires nearby followers of Khorne with an insatiable thirst for blood and slaughter, driving them to greater heights of fury. The shrine is both a symbol and a weapon, dedicated to the Blood God’s endless war.
Mounted on the Blood Shrine are savage priests or lesser daemons who perform dark rituals as they cut down their enemies, offering the blood of the slain directly to Khorne. The shrine radiates an aura of bloodlust that empowers nearby allies, making it a vital centerpiece in any Khorne warband. Its deadly blades and fiery blasts make it a fearsome opponent in combat, while its ability to heal through blood sacrifices ensures its continued rampage across the battlefield.
