Shieldmaiden of Khorne. Valkia can use her reaction to impose disadvantage on an attack roll made against another creature within 5 feet of her, potentially causing the attack to miss.
Harbinger of Slaughter. Allies of Khorne within 30 feet of Valkia gain advantage on saving throws against being frightened and gain a +2 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls.
Blood-Fueled Fury (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). When Valkia is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, she can make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. On a success, she drops to 1 hit point instead and gains advantage on all attack rolls until the end of her next turn.
Multiattack. Valkia makes three attacks with her Spear of Slaupnir.
Spear of Slaupnir. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage plus 9 (2d8) necrotic damage. If thrown, the spear returns to Valkia's hand immediately after the attack.
Impaling Charge. If Valkia moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with her Spear of Slaupnir in the same turn, the target takes an extra 18 (4d8) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 19 Strength saving throw or be impaled and restrained until the start of Valkia's next turn.
Screech of the Damned (Recharge 5-6). Valkia unleashes a terrifying scream. Each creature of her choice within 60 feet that can hear her must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Valkia can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Valkia regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Spear Attack. Valkia makes one attack with her Spear of Slaupnir.
Wing Buffet. Valkia beats her wings. Each creature within 10 feet of her must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (2d6 + 7) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
Khorne’s Wrath (Costs 2 Actions). Valkia calls upon the power of Khorne, causing all creatures of her choice within 30 feet to make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 21 (6d6) necrotic damage, or half as much on a successful one.
