Legendary Resistance (2/Day). If the Urdracturus fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Roar of Despair
.
Each creature of the dinosaurs choice that is within 60 feet of the dinosaurs and can hear it's roar, must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the start of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dinosaurs Roar of Despair: for the next 24 hours.

Earth Glide. The Urdracturus can burrow through nonmagical, unworked earth and stone at half speed. While doing so, it doesn’t disturb the material above, as it moves through. It leaves behind it a 15 foot wide by 15 foot high tunnel in its wake.

Fire Vulnerability. If the Urdracturus takes fire damage, it cannot use its Earth Glide ability until the end of its next turn.

Actions

Multiattack: The Urdracturus makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claw.

Bite. If the target is hit it must also make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Melee Weapon Attack:+11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d6 + 6) acid damage plus 9 (3d6) acid damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) slashing damage.

Tail. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

Cruel Swipe. The Urdracturus makes a wide claw sweep at two adjacent creatures within 15 feet. Each creature must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 16  (3d10) slashing damage on a failed save.

Swallow from Below. While the Urdracturus is burrowed underground it can attempt to grapple a creature above it. The creature of large or smaller size must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or be swallowed (escape DC 17) and pulled 10 feet underground, if the creature is the same size as the Urdacturus it will be only grappled and will remain grappled in place, taking 21 (6d6) bludgeoning damage. While grappled this way, the creature is restrained and blinded. The creature takes an additional 17 (5d6) acid damage at the start of each of its turns. The swallowed creature is blinded, has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the Urdracturus, and while inside the mouth of the Udracturus is free to attack, but not move. If the Urdracturus takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the Urdracturus must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or spit out the swallowed creature, which falls prone in a space within 15 feet of the Urdracturus.

Tremor (Recharge 5–6).
The Urdracturus slams into the ground and erupts from below in a violent burst of earth and stone. The Urdracturus burrows up to 30 feet and emerges, causing the ground within a 20-foot radius of its eruption point to quake. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 48 (10d6 + 20) bludgeoning damage on a failed save and falls prone, or half as much damage on a successful one and isn't prone. The area becomes difficult terrain until cleared.

Reactions

Vengeful Swipe.  When a creature within 15 feet of the Urdracturus hits it with a melee  attack, the Urdracturus can use its reaction to make a Cruel Swipe attack.

Legendary Actions

The Urdracturus can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn.

Tail Swipe. The Urdracturus makes a tail attack.

Burrow. The Urdracturus moves up to its burrow speed.

Defensive Curl (Costs 2 Actions): The Urdracturus curls into a defensive ball at 50 or less HP, raising its AC to 22 for 1 rounds. While curled, it can only take 2 reactions, doesn't matter if they are on his or his enemy's turn. Additionally, it has advantage on all Constitution saving throws while in this form. If the Urdracturus is not defeated till the beginning of his next round, he regains 46 HP.

Description

The Urdracturus is an ancient and terrifying predator, a relic of a bygone era when its ancestors ruled the skies as mighty dragons. Over millennia, these once-magnificent creatures chose to abandon the heavens, evolving to thrive on land and beneath it. Today, the Urdracturus is a nightmarish blend of draconic power and reptilian ferocity, a living testament to its long and violent history.

Massive and heavily built, the Urdracturus resembles a monstrous, scaled dinosaur. Its body is covered in overlapping, reddish-brown scales that form a natural armor, reinforced by thick, bony ridges along its back and tail. Standing on powerful hind legs, it uses its front limbs—which were once wings—to claw at enemies or rend through the earth. These limbs are muscular and formidable, tipped with razor-sharp talons capable of crushing stone.

The head of the Urdracturus is unmistakably draconic, with a long snout filled with serrated teeth and crowned by a pair of imposing, backward-curving horns. Its eyes burn with an ancient, malevolent intelligence, glowing faintly in the dark as it prowls its territory. Although it has lost the ability to fly, the remnants of its wings have adapted into extra arms, giving it unparalleled strength and versatility in combat.

The Urdracturus’s tail is a massive, spiked weapon in itself, capable of delivering devastating blows that can shatter bones or knock opponents to the ground. When threatened, the creature can curl into a defensive stance, using the armored plates along its back to shield itself from harm while waiting for the perfect moment to strike back with its rending claws.

Although they now dwell on land and beneath it, the Urdracturus has not forgotten its draconic heritage. It can still manipulate the earth with unnatural ease, burrowing through the ground to ambush prey or escape danger. In battle, it combines the cunning of a dragon with the raw, predatory instincts of a dinosaur, making it a force to be reckoned with both above and below ground.

The Urdracturus is a living relic of a forgotten age, a creature that has evolved to dominate its environment with ruthless efficiency. Its draconic lineage may be distant, but the terror it inspires is as potent as ever.
