Incredible Strength. Upon a hit a creature whose strength is lower than 14 has to make Constitution saving throw or be pushed back 5 ft. On critical hit any creature will have to make this saving throw.
Keen Smell. The Ursa Minor has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Grimm Detection. Grimm can sense negative emotions out of a range of 1 mile. Up to pinpoint accuracy within 60ft. A hidden humanoid within 60ft must make a DC 10 wisdom saving throw while in combat in order to avoid detection.
Ursa major makes two melee attacks.
Claw Swipe. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit:(3D6 + 5) slashing damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: (2D8 + 5) piercing damage.
slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Spikes. Spikes from the back of the Major are launched off with great momentum in 30-foot cone. 16Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Description
The Ursa Major is a Large sized bearlike creature. Black tarlike body with thick bone like armor plating with spikes.
What is interesting to note about these creatures is that their bodies dissolve after being killed. They can't leave loot.
