Traits

Transcendental Song. All spells and actions with a verbal component still work even in a zone of silence.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Anoixi fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Saving Throws: con +15, int +11, wis +12, cha +10.

Actions

Song of Spring. The song of bewilders the muse’s enemies, causing them to act out of tune. All targets within the arena must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be forced to move in a random direction using their full movement speed (a possible way to randomize is to roll a [roll]1d8[/roll] and assign each number to one of 8 directions; i.e. 1 for north, 2 for north east, etc.). This effect changes to dissonant whispers in stage 2, [Tooltip Not Found] in stage 3, and dominate monster in stage 4.

Bonus Actions

Orchestral Inspiration. Anoixi may sing a song that provides greater power to any creature (including herself) within 60ft. Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll a [roll]1d20[/roll] die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d 20 before deciding to use the Orchestral Inspiration die, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Orchestral Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Orchestral Inspiration die at a time.

Description

Race: Spring Eladrin
Personality: Loves her fellow muses, joyful, flirty, extroverted
Quote: “I am an off-season swallow, always gotta have that spring time syndrome!”
Anoixi is light of spirits and flirtatious of heart. Her beguiling charms are so potent that one might think they are in the Feywild.

In the audience:
Anoixi. Bears a fixated gaze toward the character in the arena with the highest charisma. If they ever make eye contact with her, she winks at them.

Out of the arena:
Anoixi. Spring’s lusty vixen enjoys the drama and pulls of romance. She is likely to approach the party and flirt with members who are open to such advances. While she could be enamored by others, she would never betray her fellow queens.
