Shapechanger. The werehouse can use its action to polymorph into a small, 10x10 ft wooden hut, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. The hut contains a small fireplace, small table with two seats, and a chest containing the transformed persons items. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed and is transported inside the hut. When in humanoid form it can use items and other resources the same way a player would. When in house form it gains Incapacitated and blindness. Anything that isn't part of the house is placed outside when the werehouse tranforms to its humanoid form. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

 

Description

A werehouse is just a normal person that can appear as a humanoid or a small hut.               Unlike other lycanthropes, the ability to become a werehouse is a genetic condition, making them extremely rare.
