Boon of Immortality. Zybilna is immune to any effect that would age her, and she can’t die from old age.
Legendary Resistance (4/Day). If Zybilna fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Witch Queen. Zybilna can maintain concentration on two different spells at the same time. In addition, she has advantage on saving throws to maintain concentration on spells.
Magic Resistance. Zybilna has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. (This trait is bestowed by her Robe of the Archmagi.)
Special Equipment. Zybilna wears an Amulet of the Planes and a Robe of the Archmagi.
Multiattack. Zybina makes three attacks. Two with her Caustic Blast and one with her Bewitching Bolt. She then uses Psychic Whip or Spellcasting once.
Caustic Blast. Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +18 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 31 (6d6 + 10) acid damage.
Bewitching Bolt. Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +18 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 44 (10d6 + 10) lightning damage, and if the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by Zybilna until the start of her next turn.
Psychic Whip. Zybilna psychically lashes out at one creature she can see within 90 feet of herself. The target must make a DC 26 Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 42 (12d6) psychic damage and has the stunned condition until the start of Zybilna’s next turn. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage only.
Arcane Rift (Recharge 5–6). Zybilna opens a momentary rift within 120 feet of her. The rift is a 20-foot-radius sphere. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Constitution saving throw, taking 40 (9d8) psychic or necrotic damage (Zybilna´s choice) on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. In addition, there is a 50 percent chance that 4 Hezrous (if necrotic damage) or 2 Spring Eladrins (if psychic damage) appear in unoccupied spaces in the sphere. They act as Zybilna´s allies, take their turns immediately after hers, and can’t summon other demons. They remain until they die or until Zybilna dismisses them as an action.
Spellcasting. Zybilna casts one of the following spells, requiring no material components and using Intelligence as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 26, +18 to hit with spell attacks):
At will: Detect Magic*, Invisibility, Light*, Mage Hand*, Prestidigitation*, Tasha’s Hideous Laughter*, Elementalism, Sleep*, Suggestion*
3/day each: Dispel Magic*, Polymorph*, Synaptic Static*, Circle of Death*, Dominate Person*, Blink*, Tasha’s Bubbling Cauldron, Mass Suggestion*
1/day each: Maze*, Telekinesis*, Conjure Fey*, Summon Fiend (Demon only)*, Foresight*, Teleport, Wish*

Fey Step. Zybilna teleports, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying, to an unoccupied space she can see within 30 feet of her. Zybilna can them force any number of creatures within 15 feet of her (can be either the space she originally was or on the space she reappears) to make a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw or be take 11 (2d10) psychic damage and be either frightened or charmed (Zybilna´s choice) by her until the start of her next turn on a failed save. A creature takes only half as much damage and no other effects on a successful save.
Alter Appereance. Zybilna magically transforms into any humanoid that is Medium or Small, while retaining her game statistics (other than her size). This transformation ends if Zybilna is reduced to 0 hit points or uses a bonus action to end it.
Otherwordly Guise (3/Day). For 1 minute, Zybilna´s fying speed increases by 30 feet, she beomes immune to poison damage and the poisoned condition, and has advantage on attack rolls against any creature that doesn’t have all its hit points. These benets end early if Zybilna has the incapacitated condition or if she uses another bonus action to dismiss them.
Negate Spell (4/Day). When Zybilna sees a creature within 60 feet of her casting a spell, she tries to interrupt it. If the creature is casting a spell using a spell slot of 8th level or lower, its spell fails and has no effect. If it is casting a 9th-level spell, it must succeed on a DC 22 Intelligence saving throw, or the spells fails and has no effect.
Arcane Rebuff. Immediately after Zybilna takes damage, she unleashes arcane energy in a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on herself. All other creatures in that area must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 38 (6d12) lightning damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one. Zybilna then teleports, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying, to an unoccupied space she can see within 60 feet of herself.
Zybilna can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Zybilna regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Witchcraft. Zybilna uses Spellcasting or Fey Step.
Dark Speech (Costs 2 Actions). Zybilna utters a phrase in a forbidden language and targets one or two creatures she can see within 60 feet of her. Each target must succeed on a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw or take 44 (8d10) psychic damage and be frightened of Zybilna for 1 minute. A target can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success and thereby becoming immune to Zybilna’s Dark Speech for 24 hours.
Fey Beguilement (Costs 3 Actions). Zybilna targets one creature she can see within 60 feet of her. The target must succeed on a DC 24 Charisma saving throw or be possessed by a fey spirit. While possessed, the target must obey Zybilna’s commands. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, banishing the fey spirit and ending the effect on itself on a success.
