Fear Aura. At the start of each of Astaroth's turns, each creature within 15 feet of it must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of Astaroth until the end of their next turn.
Magic Resistance. Astaroth has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Flames of Hell. Astaroth's attacks that deal fire damage bypass resistance to fire damage.
Multiattack. Astaroth makes three claw attacks.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (2d12 + 8) slashing damage plus 11 (3d6 fire damage);
Teleport. Astaroth magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.
Feast on Fear (Recharge 2-3). All creatures within 80 ft. that are currently frightened of Astaroth must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they lose the Frightened condition and take 22 (4d10) Necrotic damage and Astaroth regains that many Hit Points. On a successful save, they lose the Frightened condition and take no damage.
Touch of Evil. Whenever a creature within 5 ft. of Astaroth deals damage to it, Astaroth can make a melee attack against the creature. On hit, the creature takes 1d12+8 slashing damage and an additional 5d6 fire damage.
Astaroth can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Astaroth regains spent legendary actions on the start of its turn.
Move. Astaroth can move up to its maximum move speed.
Slash. Astaroth makes one claw attack.
Frighten Foe. Astaroth targets one creature it can perceive within 60 ft. of it. If the target can see or hear Astaroth, it must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened by Astaroth until the end of Astaroth's next turn.

Astaroth, also known as the Grand Duke of Hell, is a Demon Prince and ruler of the Seventh Circle of Hell. The eternal rival of Azazel; desires to be ruler of the entire known universe.
In their preferred form, Astaroth appears as a towering, multi-armed skeletal humanoid. However, they have been known to take other appearances, such as a large skeletal spider or snake.
