Hexblade's Curse. Valerie Gloom has the ability to place a baleful curse on someone. As a bonus action, she can choose one creature she can see within 30 feet of her. The target is cursed for 1 minute. The curse ends early if the target dies, Valerie dies, or she is incapacitated. Until the curse ends, Valerie gains the following benefits: +3 bonus to damage rolls against the cursed target. Any attack roll she makes against the cursed target is a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 on the d20. If the cursed target dies, she regains 8 hit points. Magically teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space she can see within 5 feet of the cursed target (must be able to see cursed target). Valerie Gloom can’t use this feature again until she finishes a short or long rest.
Agonising Blast. 3 damage is added to every hit with Eldritch Blast.
Hex Warrior. Valerie Gloom can dismiss her Rapier of Life stealing, shunting it into an extradimensional space, She can use an action to summon it in her hand.
Dark One's Blessing. Valerie Gloom Gains 8 temporary hit points whenever she reduces a hostile creature to 0hp.
Witch Sight. Valerie Gloom can see the true form of any shapechanger or creature concealed by illusion or transmutation magic while the creature is within 30 feet of her and within line of sight.
Spellcasting. Valerie Gloom is a 5th level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability 17 (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). Valerie Gloom has the following Warlock spells prepared:

Thirsting Blade. Valerie Gloom makes two weapon attacks with her Rapier of Life Stealing.
Rapier of Life Stealing. Melee Weapon Attack:+6 to hit, range 5ft., Hit: (1d8 + 2) piercing damage and an additional (3d6+3) necrotic damage to targets that aren't constructs or undead.
Crossbow, light. RangedWeapon Attack: +5 to hit, range (80ft./320ft.), Hit: (1d8 + 2) piercing
Hellish Rebuke (Once per day). Valerie Gloom points a finger, and the creature that damaged her within 60ft., the creature is momentarily surrounded by hellish flames. The creature must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw. It takes 2d10 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
