Spellcasting. The Aspiring Necromancer is a 4th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 11, +3 to hit with spell attacks). The fanatic has the following cleric spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): mending, ray of frost, prestidigitation

1st level (4 slots): command, inflict wounds, cause fear

2nd level (3 slots): maximilian’s earthen grasp, ray of enfeeblement

Actions

Multiattack. The Aspiring Necromancer makes two melee attacks.

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one creature. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.

Bonus Actions

Undead Command. Give commands to friendly undead  and give them new abilities until the start of your next turn: {"diceNotation":"1d6+2"}

Command Blocker: The eyes of this undead glow blue and Gains the following reactions.
Intercept attack: If the necromancer commanding this undead would be hit by an attack, if this undead is within 10 feet of the necromancer it may take the damage instead 
Block Blast: 
If the necromancer commanding this undead would be caught in a damaging area of effect, if this undead is within 10 feet of the necromancer it may give up it's saving throw to grant the necromancer resistance to the damage of this attack

Command Strike: The eyes of this undead glow red and attacks against it gain advantage. It gains the following abilities
Surge Forth (Reaction): When commanded this undead may move up to half it's movement speed
Shambling Attack (Bonus Action): as a bonus action this undead may make an attack with one of it's weapons

Command Work:  The eyes of this undead glow green. This undead will proceed to focus on a complex task until it is commanded otherwise or until it takes damage
