Magic Resistance. Valeria has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. 

Radiant Aura.

An aura of radiant energy surrounds Valeria in a 30-foot radius.

  • Hostile Creatures: At the end of their turn, any hostile creature within the aura takes 20 radiant damage. Valeria heals for half the total damage dealt (up to 20 hit points per round).

  • Friendly Creatures: At the start of their turn, any friendly creature within the aura regains 15 hit points.

Actions

Multiattack. Valeria can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (2d10 + 10) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d6 + 10) slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d8 + 10) bludgeoning damage.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of the Valeria's choice that is within 120 feet of her and aware of her must succeed on a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Valeria's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6). 

Radiant Breath. The dragon exhales fire in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 71 (13d10) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one

Reactions

Radiant Shield (1 per round)

When a creature within 30 feet of Valeria would drop to 0 hit points or go unconscious, Valeria can use her reaction to absorb the damage instead.

  • Valeria takes damage equal to the damage dealt to the character, reducing the character's damage taken to 0.
  • If this effect causes Valeria to fall to 0 hit points, she is instead stabilized and remains conscious with 1 hit point.
Legendary Actions

The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.

Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 15 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw or take 17 (2d6 + 10) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.

Radiant Burst. Valeria releases a pulse of radiant energy. Each creature of her choice within 30 feet must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, they take 15 radiant damage and are blinded until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, they take half damage and are not blinded.

Shielding Aura. Valeria creates a protective barrier around an ally within 30 feet. Until the start of her next turn, that ally gains temporary hit points equal to 10 + Valeria’s Charisma modifier.

Radiant Heal (Cost: 2 actions)
Valeria channels radiant energy to heal herself or an ally within 30 feet. The target regains hit points equal to 20 + Valeria's Charisma modifier. If Valeria uses this action on herself, she gains temporary hit points equal to the healing done.

Blinding Radiance. Valeria emits a bright light in a 30-foot radius. Each hostile creature in the area must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of their next turn. This action can be used only once per round.

Celestial Strike. Valeria makes a melee attack against a creature within her reach. On a hit, the attack deals an extra 1d8 radiant damage, and the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or have disadvantage on their next attack roll.
