Amorphous. The dragon can move through a space as narrow as 5 inch wide without squeezing.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Thoughts of thousands. The dragons wisdom and intelligence is always 1 due to the constant voices in its head HOWEVER when attacked or angered all the minds can focus on a single target restoring its intelligence and wisdom temporarily and advantage from anything the target does to it that involves intelligence or wisdom and it will always favour attacking the target over anything else
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (2d20 + 10)
Mercury Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage, if it hits and the target has bonus health they must make a constution check. If its higher than dc 19 they take no extra damage, 15 dc to take half extra damage and dc 10 to take 3 qauters extra damage and anything under is full .
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (2d20 + 10)
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d8 + 10)
Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.
Chromatic Breath. The dragon exhales an Metalic blast in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 59 (14d8 ) fire damage with the chromatic modifier that cuts speed in half and gives disadvantage till they strength or dexterity check it (dc 10) on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one with no modifier.
The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Detect. The dragon makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.
Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or take 13 (2d6 + 6) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.
Wish (Costs 3 Actions). When out of combat the dragon can grant a person one wish aslong as it dosent affect, injure or erase the dragon or affect higher beings than the dragon like making someone a god or killing all of a certain species. HOWEVER once this is done the dragon will consume the persons mind, body and soul, holding the soul and mind inside of itself like a giant hivemind
