Hive Mind. The blighted elephant is connected to the Blighted Hive Mind, allowing it to communicate telepathically with other Blighted creatures. Where one blighted creature is present, more may follow.
Blighted Scourge. Natural weapon attacks by the Blighted Elephant can infect creatures with the Blighted Scourge. A creature hit by its attack must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or contract the Blighted Scourge.
Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d8 + 7) piercing damage. If the elephant moved at least 20 feet straight toward the target immediately before the hit, the target must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Trample. The blighted elephant can trample a creature that is prone. The creature must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (3d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Scourged Ground (Recharge 5–6). As a bonus action, the blighted elephant corrupts a 10-foot radius area within 60 feet of it for 1 minute. The area becomes difficult terrain for enemies, and when a creature in this area takes damage, it suffers an additional 1d6 blight damage. Infected creatures in the area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or advance in the Blighted Scourge infection.
Description
Once a majestic creature of the wild, the Blighted Elephant is now a corrupted monstrosity, its hide cracked with dark, bark-like mutations and veins pulsing with blighted energy. With jagged plating replacing patches of its skin and eerie purple mist radiating from its form, this enormous beast tramples the land, leaving desolation in its wake. Its tusks are laced with corruptive energy, and its movements carry an unnatural, hive-driven purpose.
