Pack Tactics. The warden has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the warden's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Charge. If the warden moves at least 20 ft. straight toward a target and then hits it with an antler attack on the same turn, if the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 20 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Multiattack. The warden makes two attacks. One with its bite and one with its antlers.
Antlers. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (3d4 + 5) magical piercing damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (4d4 + 5) magical piercing damage plus 9 (1d6+5) poison damage.
