Magic Resistance. Xelora has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Storm Sorcery (Wild Magic).
When Xelora casts a spell of 1st level or higher, she must roll a d20. On a roll of 1, a wild magic surge occurs, causing a random effect from the Wild Magic Surge table (PHB pg. 104). Additionally, whenever Xelora casts a spell that deals lightning or thunder damage, she can add half her Charisma modifier (rounded up) to one damage roll of that spell.
Spellcasting. Xelora is a 14th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). Xelora can cast levitate at will and has the following sorcerer spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): shocking grasp, thunderclap, mage hand, prestidigitation, lightning lure
1st level (4 slots): chaos bolt, thunderwave, mage armor*, shield
2nd level (3 slots): levitate, mirror image, misty step
3rd level (3 slots): counterspell, fly, lightning bolt
4th level (3 slots): [Tooltip Not Found], greater invisibility, ice storm*
5th level (2 slots): cone of cold, destructive wave
6th level (1 slot): chain lightning
*Xelora casts these spells on herself before combat.
Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Chaotic Surge (Recharge 5-6).
As a bonus action, Xelora can release a chaotic burst of energy. Each creature of her choice within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or take 18 (4d8) thunder damage and become stunned until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, they take half damage and are not stunned.
Description
Xelora is an Air Genasi, ethereal and striking, with windswept silver hair that seems to move on its own and glowing blue eyes that shimmer with arcane power. Her skin has a faint, ever-shifting shimmer of air currents, and she moves as though the wind itself is always pushing her forward.
With an affinity for wild, untamable magic. She believes that chaos is not just destructive but creative, and that by tearing down the old structures of the universe, new and more exciting realities can emerge. Her leadership style is more focused on individual freedom and wild magic.
